I took a train from East Croydon to Kensington Olympia. On the way there when changing at Clapham I touched the pink reader. I was charged a total of £3.30.

On my return journey I seemed to have touched the wrong reader when changing trains as you can see in the screenshot.

I submitted a refund which i received but it was only £3.10, meaning I have still been overcharged £1.80. What can I do?

Contact the helpdesk and explain that the £1.80 charged for Kensington Olympia to Clapham Junction was part of the overall Kensington Olympia to East Croydon journey and not a separate journey. They should refund you once you explain that.
