Interrail - figuring out reservations

Does anyone know how I can figure out what the cost-benefit of an interrail would be, specifically in relation to reservation costs (in particular sleepers)?

As best I can tell, only Sweden, Italy and Germany have any ability to determine what the reservation costs are online (http://www.interrail.eu/plan-your-trip/reservation-guide/how-do-i-book-my-reservations#online) - how do I find out for other countries? I don't really want to have to phone Finland to find out... :-/

I see this page has eurail night train fees on - http://www.eurail.com/plan-your-trip/reservation-guide/reservation-fees/night-train-reservation-fees
Are they the same for interrail passes?

This site also has costs, but they're a little cheaper than the eurail website is saying:
https://en.rail.cc/interrail-night-train#rail (click a country, then a specifc train - costs are at the bottom).

If I compare the prices from your eurail link with the one with the information from the interrail website for the CityNightLine, I think they'll be similar indeed.

And to my surprise, the prices have risen severely! It used to be €4 to book a seat on the CityNightLine, which we have done a few times, not €14.
