Interview questions qualified train driver / GX

Hi all.
Just wanted to know if there were any GX staff on here who may have recently been through the interview stages or just know of what kind of grilling they ask you when being interviewed for qualified drivers, specifically Gatwick express but also for other TOCs.
I have an interview soon and just wanted to make sure I have all my ducks in order before going in.

It's all fairly generic, competence and rules questions. The only exception I've come across is virgin where the interview was a very relaxed get to know you session
