Hello I was at Moor Park yesterday and on platform 1 was a room marked "Interview Room".

Now I don't think it is used as this anymore, as shown by the storage license, but I assume it's use as an interview room was for a wider area. Also was this for recruitment or actually for internally (Disciplinary/ enquiry)? I am just amazed that a room would be dedicated in a small station instead of manager's offices or Head office space.

I 've worked at Moor Park. I think it may have been used to interview fare dodgers as Krap Room was a favourite place for RPIs

I remember losing a season ticket not long after I'd first started work. I was invited to attend an interview at a station which was far from local for me in a similarly marked room. Thinly veiled threats were made about how I'd be prosecuted if I'd not really lost my ticket but had, in fact, sold it on and was now claiming a new one - which I fully understand. I guess maybe the locations of these rooms is informed by where there is space available rather than somewhere convenient for the passenger or at a major station?

About 10 years later the season ticket was found down the back of the sofa.
