It is hit and miss and the moment. Check Scotrail Twitter feed in the morning - is your best bet.
Em none as the Aberdeen expresses operated by HST don't stop at inverkeithing you would have to get a local to Dundee and change their for possible HST operated services

A direct HST between these two stations would be the four LNER services only I’m afraid
