Is 769426 visible at Wolverton please?

Hi all

I saw a photo the other day of the elusive 769426 lined up at Wolverton, which I need for sight (since its rebuild from 319)

Can anyone who has viewed recently or is local to the area please confirm if its still there, and visible from the Tesco/Lidl area?

769927 visible in shed next to Lidl car park, if shed doors are open, seen at 1030, morning of Saturday 18/02/23, if that is of help to anyone.

As you enter Lidol car park look towards your left assuming you are facing the railway line and it is in between some class 321s. You will need binoculars to read the number.

Would it be photographable with a 140mm zoom ( the most I have ) or would it be just too far away / partly obstructed for that, please?

thanks for the info went there today and got to see 769426 as well as some 321`s and a GWR 769

Does it actually carry the number 769 426 or is it still numbered as 319 426?

It's reverted to the latter in the 2023 Combined Volume.

I might have an opportunity later today to try to snap it...

Edited: To answer my own questions, yes it's still visible and yes, 140mm is enough zoom to snap it. Those with less zoom might find it problematic, though.
