Is there a problem with buying a Kent Rover with a two together railcard?

I have failed to buy a Kent Rover with a two together railcard at Feltham today is there some sort of problem?

Ticket clerk said he could not sell me two because he could not find the discount

Yes. That's what I said to the clerk and showed him a previous ticket issued at Feltham.

Successfully purchased the 3 day Kent Rover with a Two Together Railcard recently at Sittingbourne (£30 each with discount) though it took some time, much keyboard tapping and head scratching by the ticket office clerk and that's at a station in the rover area! It is annoying you cannot purchase this rover at a machine, but they seem to want to put your name on it now, even though no-one seems to check this after purchase. It is a useful ticket which we used with our bikes for touring around, so a shame it is not easier to purchase.

Bit of a pain if you don't want to pay the £8.xx for special delivery or don't have the time to wait for them to arrive in the post!
