odd question on a rail forum!
National Express do a Penzance to Birmingham and the Edinburgh.
Stagecoach then probably do scotland - local from Lans End to Penzance

Local bus from Lands End 09:56 to Penzance arrives 10:57. National Express Penzance at 11:10 service 504 to Plymouth arrives 15:05, depart on service 101 at 15:30 to Birmingham arrives 21:30 depart at 23:00 service 181 to Glasgow arrives 06:45. Depart Glasgow on service M10 at 07:10 to Inverness arrives at 10:58. Depart Inverness on service X99 at 14:20 to Castletown (appears no onward connection at Wick or Thurso) arrives at 17:41, changing to service 915 departs Castletown at 17:54 to John O Groats arrives 18:39. No onward bus to anywhere but there is a hotel just up the road.
