LNE (London International) tickets & Southeastern Highspeed

I'm taking a Eurostar trip next week and will start out from my home station of Witham (WTM). I plan to buy an LNE (London International/CIV) ticket for the domestic part of the journey. My preferred route is to go to Stratford, walk through the shopping centre and jump on the highspeed to St Pancras at Stratford International.

What I can't work out is if a return from WTM to LNE includes Southeastern Highspeed by default, or if I need to explicitly ask for it (and potentially pay a supplement).

Anyone able to confirm for me?

The forum's site will happily sell a through ticket for travel via Stratford / Stratford International and onto HS1, so it's safe to assume it's permitted. No extra supplement needed.
