lner new starter travel card and training

hi! i’m starting with lner in jan, i was just wondering how long it takes to get my travel card after i start, and how the leisure card process works, is there anything i need to do for that.

also separate questions, at the assessment centre they said about collecting uniform, but made it sound like this would be before my start date, but the emails they’ve sent since talk about getting it on first day in role.

finally, does anyone have any info about welcome to, and then the training for onboard host, and anything you think i should know. very excited to start tbh

Hi LB, your travel card shouldn't take too long to come through and the use of which will be explained in your welcome to in York.

In terms uniform normally with new starters, this is shipped to a home address close to your starting date, but if it is being shipped to the depot they will be in touch to let you know when to collect.
