I’m probably going to set it around winter 1985/86 just towards the end of steam heating in Scotland. That means I can run things like my Railfreight 26 that’ll still fit into that timeframe.

Actually I don’t think I’ve posted this, but apologies if I have. Bit by bit I’ve been sorting out the railway shed.

The top level will be for the O gauge and it’ll eventually run into the garden through the far end once I’ve extended the shed.


The bottom level is for a future N gauge project that I’ve had in mind for a while, but I’m just using it for storage at the moment.

All the insulation down the far end I got for free from a job, so I’ve been insulating as I go. It’s toasty in there!
