Is there a reason why most services to/from Leeds today were having to use Platform 5 rather than 1 & 2, yet Huddersfield services still were able to use Platforms 1&2 as normal

My bold - fewer trains than usual can go on some lines because of signal problem

What I was told on the 10:14 Rochdale - Manchester Victoria was that there had been a points failure at Miles Platting, preventing trains from the Caldervale line going into 1, 2 and 3
