Mark 5s proposal for Chiltern Railways

Hiya guys, does anyone know anything more regarding the Mark 5A Coaching Stock?

I've seen that there is a proposal for Chiltern Railways to operate them, to replace the ageing Mark 3s. However, this might come with a challenge.
