Mill Hill Broadway to East Midlands Parkway

I think this is OK but could somebody better informed that me please advise

If I have a Super Off Peak Return from East Midlands Parkway to St Pancras with a route of “Any Permitted” then is the return portion valid for starting short at Mill Hill Broadway on a Thameslink train and changing at Luton Airport Parkway to an EMR train?
