There's Blijbol's Spoorkompas, which can be used to calculate A-B distances for the majority of the Dutch railway network. It hasn't been updated in years though, so some lines (such as the HSL-Zuid and the Hanzelijn) are missing or might be inaccurate.

Furthermore, it is built using Adobe Flash which is being blocked by more and more browsers these days.

Iam afraid there is not one, as NS uses a farebase based on the KMs (of course noone ever used miles here), but on some routes these are heavily biased to make parrallel routes equal.
A few years ago ARRIVA issued a passenger guide which had then the latest maps-schematic-with all ''tariefKms'' on it. That was about the last one I know of.
Did not know of this site quoted above, but that clearly shows the exact Km(as do the signs along the lines), but its quite a drag to find Kms covered on it for complicated routings.

You can find all the kilometers and meters at: http://www.sporenplan.nl/

Click left above on Spoorplannen, than click on NL and than actuele tekeningen - uitgebreid. And choose your line!

Yes; you get it to the meter exactly!
