Evening all,

I'm in a minor panic here. I have an assessment day tomorrow for a Signaller role and am trying to upload my ID documents to the portal. I'm putting in my email and postcode exactly as they appear on my NWR Careers hub page, yet I am getting a "incorrect password, account locked, contact system administrator" message appear.

Whilst I'm aware I've had a fair amount of time to do this, I work away from home and did not have access to the documents untill the weekend just gone, when family life got in the way. I assumed that as this was still the date *before* the assessment that it would be fine to upload.

Recruitment support/HR are unlikely to be able to respond untill the morning, by which time the assessment day would have started. Has this knackered me before I even leave the house in the morning?

I would email HR and let them know. At least you have put it in writing before the interview regardless if they help in time or not.

I don’t think it will be a major issue. At the end of the interview they asked if I had submitted them so they obviously didn’t check before hand.

I would maybe mention it at the beginning just so it doesn’t look like you have forgotten!

Good luck with interview.

Thanks mate, I have emailed HR just so there is a log of me attempting the upload and the problem. Hopefully I can have a word with the HR representative in the morning before the day begins. All I can do is see what they say I guess.
