New forum: Forthcoming Galas

As some of you will know, we have been making a few changes to the forum in recent weeks. A new section - Forthcoming Galas - has just been launched within the 'Preservation & Heriage' section. Hopefully this will be of use to some people, the list deliberately covers steam as well as diesel events as there are plenty of people who like both, as the recent threads on Tornado have shown!
