New MSN Messenger--Need help

Hi all, well thanks to microsoft this forced download has meant I cant use messenger, It starts installing all the gear but then rolls back at about 33% and then tells me its epicly failed because it got cancelled :(

anyone help me with this?
anyone got a ready installed MSN i can plonk into my PC

ive got it working on my laptop so may try and copy it over to the PC
