Nightjet Booking - Unable to book

I wonder if anyone could help me?
I am trying to book a sleeper compartment (the whole sleeper compartment for 2 adults, 1 male, 1 female) from Amsterdam to Zurich and return, mid June out, end of June return. But I keep getting an error message when it searched for the reservations. Its in code, so no idea what it means.

I am only trying the days where the sleeper compartment is available.

I have attempted to contact OBB, but I suspect it will take time for them to get back to me.

I have tried the local travel agents, but they want to book the whole itinerary, but i would prefer to do the connecting trains online and be a bit flexible based on what is available (connections, stopover and 1s class etc.).

Anyone know how I could book this sleeper compartment on Nightjet?

Please mention the actual travel dates, so people can check what's possibly going on.
Is this for normal tickets or for Interrail reservations?
Is this on tickets.oebb.at or on nightjet.com?

Thanks, I am quite flexible on my dates, out mid June, return late June. The sleeping compartments don't appear every day however, so I don't try those dates.

For example I have tried out Sat 15, return Tue 25th. I get tis error code after pressing the Credit Card button for payment.

It doesn't seem to work for any date where the sleeper compartment is available (they are not available on some days).

I would be happy to book by an alternative means,

It is on nightjet.com. It is not interrail. Just a straight forward booking for 2 people for the sleeper compartment.

Have you tried the obb app, I found it quite useful? If the problem is appearing at the credit card stage gave you tried a different card?

Thanks, the message appears after the press the button for credit card (other options are PayPal & EPS). I get the same message if I try PayPal. I don't to get to the enter your Credit Card details.

I can reproduce the problem, also for just one direction on 15 June. The problem seems to be that there are only a few beds left, only for women and only in T3, which means there are no empty compartments anymore. If you try to book 1 man, you'll see no availability; if you try 2 women, you can book (with a warning you won't be in the same compartment). The warning message could be better of course.
If you only see T3 availability then that mean there are no empty compartments anymore. If you then want to book 1 male and 1 female, that means you won't be in the same compartment, since you can't book a complete compartment anymore.
In any case, try other dates.

Dear rvdborgt, Just to let you know, I now understand what I am doing with the online booking form.
I now understand what I ought to be seeing when I wish to book the whole compartment, rather then wondering what I ought to be doing and trying to understand it.
I wasn't able to book the sleeper compartment for ourselves, but did so for the couchette.

It is currently not possible to say when it will be activated.
