Channel 4 showed a documentary on the subject of "one unders" on the Underground on Friday evening, and it is available to watch here. It is pretty hard going- consisting almost entirely of interviews with drivers/ex drivers, people that deal with the aftermath and the widow of a man that committed suicide on the tube seemingly out of the blue.
It seemed to me to be very well done, focusing entirely on the human aspect without dwelling too much on the "why" of suicide. There's a good contrast between the old and modern ways of dealing with the drivers too.
