I'm sure that either open train times or real time trains used to have a feature that showed which service a train would next form after it terminated. However, I can't seem to find it on either of those sites any more.

Could someone tell me if either I imagined this, or if it is just no longer available (or needs to be turned on with a setting somewhere)?

I know it is usually possible to work it out using the times at the terminating station, but it was always easier when it was available on the times for that train.

Many thanks!

Yes Real time trains did use to show this. There doesn't seem to be an option anymore to turn it back on.

Although worth noting the data isn't within control of Realtime Trains, its all comes in the feed from Network Rail. It wasent an option that you can turn on or off, if the information is available it will be shown. Its however only available in certain areas.

You can figure it out easily enough most times by looking for the next service from the particular platform that the train arrives at (if it's at a major station).

It's still there at Nottingham for most East Midlands Trains services.

I find a lot of NOT-CDF services will have it in the details bit, telling you what the working was formed from (ie, what BHM-NOT or CDF-NOT it did before working that NOT-CDF service). One of the few times I've found it.

Thanks for the responses.

I know it is easy enough to just look at the next service from the platform, I was just being lazy and found it easier just to click a link!
