Just wanted to know what you guys are/have work for OPC assessment stage 1?

The email states:

Avanti West Coast is an organisation that will expect the highest standards from all its employees both in terms of behaviour and presentation. So, we will expect you to dress professionally for the assessment centre and to be well-groomed.

Would wear black jeans, white shirt and a tie be fine, as well as some smart shoes?

If in doubt, wear a suit. I would say jeans would be unsuitable, you want formal trousers.

I would suggest black trousers, not jeans.

I wore a full on suit, just incase someone from my TOC was there. First impressions count!

If you don't have a suit go for anything formal you have.

Wear a suit, if you can't be bothered to impress with a suit you'll have no chance.
