I have a first-generation Oyster I use very infrequently. Last week I had an incomplete journey. I input the info into my account and it was accepted. I've now received an email saying my refund has been cancelled as it hasn't been collected. There's a number to phone if I want them to process it again. I'm guessing that you have to tap in somewhere within a week, and I'm not going to be in London for ages. Is that right? I'm not losing sleep about it.
