Looks like it might have been a Warrington BQ service.
A WBQ service would likely be a 319 assuming Northern had enough available.
However, it would be the wrong platform and assuming the wheelchair ramp was for someone in a wheelchair, it is not the easiest journey to get from Platform 4 to Platform 2 and not really do-able in the 4 minutes they had available.
Interesting that the 1347 which was presumably the return working was 'cancelled due to a problem with the doors'. Equally it must have been stuck there for a significant chunk of time because the following Virgin service was diverted via platform 2 with nothing else passing platform 4 until the 1500 arrival of the Scarborough service.
