Does anybody know anything about this company? specifically the train driving role and what it's like to work there, shift patterns etc.. in fact anything to do with this company.

Have you seen their careers page? It offers a bit more insight. I think they have been taking speculative applications for a while now.

A couple of their drivers are fairly active on Twitter. Shouldn't be too difficult to find and DM.

I believe they are classed as operators, not drivers, and not recognised by ASLEF. I also know that they used to only take on very experienced former managers, not sure if they take anyone on without that background these days.

The title is “Operations Manager” as far as I’m aware.
