I'm reading up on the Scotrail Rail & Sail ticket at https://www.scotrail.co.uk/tickets/combined-tickets-travel-passes/rail-and-sail , thinking about taking a trip to Lerwick on this ticket. I'm struggling to find information online though regarding priv options and pricing, is there any information online anywhere that I have missed, or do I need to speak to a ticket office?

There are no Priv discounts available for these (well, most and probably all) Rail & Sail tickets.

You could use split ticketing to combine a Priv ticket to a location (which your train stops at) near the port, plus an undiscounted ticket to Lerwick though.
