I'm trying to buy as many train tickets as possible before the price increase from a fee-free retailer. I prefer to use Railsmartr in order to buy e-tickets, however, it refuses to sell me a return ticket on 20 Mar from Wimbledon to Oxshott. Therefore I have to buy from Thameslink and choose a paper ticket in order to have a fee-free refund in case of my plan change.

What's the reason that Railsmartr says "sold out"?
