Refunding super off peak return at station other than where i purchased.

How possible is this? It was Brought from a Southern station but I'm now far from the purchasing station (which wasn't the start) . Can i go to say a LNER ticket office and get it refunded, what about a GTR one that is not the station of purchase.

I'm getting a refund because I changed plans and did the same route on LNER advances instead to save time.

Doubt that an LNER ticket office will be able to process / action the refund of a ticket / tickets bought from Southern / GTR.

You need to go to a GTR one.

In general, you have to return the ticket to the retailer that sold you it. That could be in person (at another one of their ticket offices) or by post.

I would expect an LNER office to refuse to take it as they would have to post it to Southern. This isn't a matter of quibbling about the postage, it's because you can deal with it more quickly 90% of the time.
