Hi - anyone know why there's that really loud, intermittent thumping rumble on the class 318s that run on the Neilston line?
Possibly notice it more as I lost my noise cancel headphones which I use to drown it out (accidentally dropped one out of my hand onto the track when answering the phone walking along the path that runs beside the line at Mount Florida!!)
Does scotrail have any intention on fixing this? Just find it really annoying, gives me a headache and the last thing you want after a long day at work then crammed into a 318 at the peak time.
Not 100% sure if it comes from the front, mide or back unit. However every one I've tried doesn't seem to matter which the rumble is always there.
Needed to get that off my chest. Thanks.
