Just looking for some advice.

My season ticket is from station A to B I need to go to station C which is after my station.

Can I buy a ticket from Station B to Station C, The thing is that there are fast trains that start at station A and goes to Station C direct can I use that train?

Yes and yes, assuming it to be a regular point to point railway season ticket.

If the TOC operating the fast trains happens to be Virgin Trains and A happens to be Euston, however, be prepared for an argument.

Bletchleyite has this nailed.

The rules are laid out in the National Rail Conditions of Travel.

Section 14 applies here:
14. Using a combination of Tickets
14.1 Unless shown below, you may use a combination of two or more Tickets to make a journey provided that the train services you use call at the station(s) where you change from one Ticket to another.
14.2 If you are using a Season Ticket, daily Zonal Ticket, or another area based Ticket such as a concessionary pass, ranger or rover in conjunction with another Ticket and the last station at which one Ticket is valid and the first station that the other Ticket is valid are the same, then the train does not need to call at that station for your combination to be valid.

Bolding is from the NCOT

Yes, when combining a Season ticket and another ticket, the train does not need to call anywhere. See: http://www.nationalrail.co.uk/Conditions%20of%20Travel%202016.pdf

All of the above assumes that the fast trains go non stop through B, rather than taking another route that avoids it altogether

That is the natural interpretation of C being "after B."

And provided C via B is a normal routing, I doubt very much it would be an issue if the OP's train took a different route (eg Guildford via Cobham vs via Woking). However, I wait to be corrected!
