Senior Railcard Network area time restrictions

No time restriction is applied to the Railcard although for journeys wholly inside the Network Railcard area, discounts are not available on any ticket type until the corresponding Off-Peak Day (CD) fare becomes available.

What if the journey in question does not have a CD fare? (For example Bellingham Ldn to London Terminals)

Ha! The CD fares were abolished in Jan along with the Oyster roll-out. Logic says it will be valid after 9.30am when the Oyster PAYG switches to the off-peak cap. If you get the senior card attached to your Oyster card (at a tube station ticket office) then you'll get the discount applied to your off peak PAYG fares as well.
