Hi all,
Does anyone here work in the Northern Rail control room at Manchester or know the shift pattern? I understand that it is a 'Continental shift pattern' however I believe there are variations to this. I am wondering if it is (what seems to be) the standard 2 earlies, 2 afternoons, 3 nights, followed by 1.5 days off(by the time you've woken up!), with the 3-shift run changing every block (i.e 1st block 3 nights, 2nd block 3 afternoons, 3rd block 3 earlies and then and extra day after every third block.
i.e like in the pic below?
I appreciate any responses. Thanks
