Hi everyone,

my current situation is that i have an interview for a signaller position tomorrow. Can anyone shed some fresh insight into what happens after this interview?

Does anyone know the current situation with the signalling school and the COVID-19 situation ?

Thanks for the time.

Good luck mate, where is that?

The situation is changing constantly but no-one seems to know at the moment. Make sure you pop on to page that is pinned at the top of the page which might have updates in the coming days!

Just an update.

I felt over all the interview very well. Arrived early, dressed to the guns. Had a coffee with the LOM and got to know one of the signallers who recently passed the 1 year apprenticeship/traineeship.

The interview comprised of the 8 competencies questions so read up on them and polish off your examples.

There was a question on health and safety with network rail and I quoted the 10 life saving rules and the company slogan 'everyone home safe every day'

Finished off with some questions on what type of rota etc. Then got a tour of the signaller control room which was brilliant.

I will find out next week if I have been successful.
