Stansted xpress or Greater Anglia website for ticket with railcard

Stansted Xpress to Liverpool St doesnt accept railcards, Greater Anglia does. It is the same train but somewhat cheaper on Greater Anglia website.GA also does not call it the Stansted Xpress. It is listed as an anytime single. Will it be accepted at stations when checked?

Stansted Express is a brand used by Greater Anglia for their London-Stansted trains. Railcard-discounted tickets are valid on Stansted Express-branded services the same as any other National Rail train. It is just that you cannot buy Railcard-discounted tickets using the "Stansted Express"-branded website, because it doesn't have a Railcard option.

You can buy Railcard-discounted tickets for travel on Stansted Express-branded services through any of the other usual methods - i.e. ticket selling websites or apps (like Greater Anglia's website/app, or the forum's ticket site), or at the station ticket office or ticket machine.

What's crucial is that you buy a valid ticket before you travel and check your Railcard hasn't expired, as Greater Anglia are very thorough in their ticket checks at Stansted Airport station.
