Successor to Enviro MMC's

These have been in production for 10 years now, the normal Enviros were in production for 9 years before production of MMC's started. So what comes next?? considering their age the MMC's still look very smart and modern infact even the normal Enviros still look fairly modern. Back to my point; are we going to see a completely new iteration of bus or just developments on the MMC such as the Enviro 400 city?

The successor is Enviro 400EV, for the small amount of operators wanting diesel it’ll be the current MMC.

And further to this, there is a similarly facelifted variant of the Enviro 200 planned, together with the new Enviro 100EV due to launch in service soon.

I don't think there's much incentive to introduce a new diesel model the way things are going. Nobody even really talks about hybrid vehicles anymore!

It is, but a modified version of the City body with a facelifted front of the upper deck (not the lower deck) (likely giving some design cues to the design of the new electric E400). The shape of the destination box is different to the regular City and there are a couple of lights on the upper corners of the upstairs windscreen.
