Splitting this from the disruption thread to here...

I have submitted a delay repay claim with SWR.

I have received a decision email, but am being told I cannot appeal until I receive a decision notification.

When will I be able to submit further information? In hindsight, I should have done the same as my last delay repay claim and written a note with more details, with it in the photo of the ticket. Is this going to be a "wait until office hours" thing, or a longer wait?

Appeal is that the 1930 may have been delayed by 39 minutes, but it was impossible to board. As was the next one.

Thanks

Images show an email from SWR approving a 30-59 minute delay, and a screenshot of the delay repay portal requesting a 120+ minute delay and a message that I cannot appeal yet.

This is just the online system being slow to catch up - it generally does so within a few hours

Cool, wasn't sure if it was an hours or days type deal. All the others have been paid as expected so I didn't need to check any further

Edit: checked again, allowed appeal. Submitted.
