I travelled from gatwick airport rail station about a week ago and paid using my oyster card but i did not touch out. I have logged into my account but i am still not able to add in the station i touched out at. I therefore have to use their contact form which normally results in them calling me just for me to repeat what is on the form before i get a refund. Its just occured to me that this is not the first time this functionality has not been working on my card's online oyster account. I have not exceeded the number of incomplete journey applications Does anyone know if tfl have stopped the ability of the user adding in a station to an incomplete journey on their website ??? Is this function working ok for everyone else ?
