TFL Oyster card missing touch out

I travelled from gatwick airport rail station about a week ago and paid using my oyster card but i did not touch out. I have logged into my account but i am still not able to add in the station i touched out at. I therefore have to use their contact form which normally results in them calling me just for me to repeat what is on the form before i get a refund. Its just occured to me that this is not the first time this functionality has not been working on my card's online oyster account. I have not exceeded the number of incomplete journey applications Does anyone know if tfl have stopped the ability of the user adding in a station to an incomplete journey on their website ??? Is this function working ok for everyone else ?

Does your Oyster have a discount added? If so, this is the likely reason.

My last attempt before handling over to experts…
Could it be because it’s outside the original Oyster area, or that Gatwick is treated differently?

Hopefully you’ll get an answer on here soon….

They don't always offer the ability to complete online. Rather than filling in the form I'd call the helpdesk and explain.

It seems to have been a long time since this functionality worked on my account which is why im wondering if anyone else has this issue

I called and got it corrected. They said this function hasnt been working
