TfL have finally upgraded the Oyster online site which still used the old template.

Much more user friendly, however as a discounted Bus & Tram pass holder, it tells me I have an expiring travelcard and the ticket type comes up as 'Null'

Contact their customer service team so a bug can be raised with the developers. It may be a limitation they're already aware of.

So they have. I agree the old site was looking a bit dated but at least it was obviously designed to be used on a PC, whereas the new site, in common with all other site "upgrades", is clearly optimised for use on a mobile device and because everything is so huge involves a lot of scrolling around on a PC.

It looks like the new site is causing a few issues!

I can't log into it using my Chrome browser - it just hangs after I enter my log in details. But works fine on the new "Edge" browser - it looks very good indeed.

And its caused a few issues with phone apps that display Oyster information. I use one called Oyster Contactless+ which can no longer log in either - however the app's developers are aware and are working on a fix :)

Once these teething problems are ironed out - I think TfL have done a good job
