TfW annual season ticket railcard

I saw a TfW ticket machine today offering discounts with a TfW Annual Season Railcard (or rather not offering because it said it was the wrong time).

Does anyone know what this does?

All I could find was a page on the National Rail web site:

Annual Season as Railcard (Transport for Wales)​

Overview​

Entitles holders of an Annual Season Ticket to a 34% discount for themselves and up to one accompanying Adult on applicable Off-Peak Standard Class journeys on selected Transport for Wales Rail Services.

But the link to further information on the TfW web site went to a page that didn't seem to mention it, so it's rather hard to know what the "selected" services are.

This is no help but the TFW Annual Season Railcard comes up as an option on their website too.

EDIT: And other online retailers.

Maybe an announcement on the way?

I wonder if it might be a Gold card type benefit for season ticket holders...
