Through trains on the Midland Railway (Early years)

The Midland Railway were keen to have their own through trains to Scotland, hence the building of the Settle/Carlisle connection. How many through trains were there from St Pancras to Glasgow once the Settle/Carlisle was completed?
I believe that in later years, under BR, there were at least two through trains, the "Thames/Clyde Express" to Glasgow and the "Waverley" via the Waverley route to Edinburgh.
I would be interested in any details of the early time-table regarding through trains.

The earliest conveniently accessible is the 1877 Bradshaw

This shows a Leeds-Glasgow, a day train and an overnight train (both serving Edinburgh and Glasgow).
This is remarkably similar to the pattern that persisted up until the withdrawal of the London services in the 70s!
