Not sure if there are any people who are experts on Ticketer machines on here, I'm looking at putting driver duties on the machine, is this done through Ticketer themselves or is it a third party software?

Believe it is through ticketer itself, but afaik you can import from a file if you use computerised software (such as what we at First called GUI) to create and manage duties

You can create them yourself in the Ticketer portal or you can import them from scheduling software using a TMF file.

From memory you can download a blank TMF file and populate the details and upload it to the portal. The file is essentially a CSV file format with a different file extension used when it is saved.
