New to the forum, thought i would join here for some insight in the future.
Applied for the TMA at hornsey job, passed the assessment day but received word yesterday that i was unsuccessful at the line manager interview. In all honesty i felt i knew it hadn't gone well. I think i could have prepared much better than i had.
I'm disappointed obviously but i think i only have myself to blame on this occasion.
Any advice going forward? I think i could have done with having a good few questions to ask but i felt most of what i wanted to know was covered in the interview...
