Hi all,
Was thinking of purchasing the TrackATLAS Mainland Britain book by Mike Bridge.

Does anyone have a copy and could send a photo, of the Glasgow area if possible? I just want to see if it is worth buying.

Thanks

The detailed Glasgow area maps in TRACKatlas are shown in two slightly different versions/scales. The two page version shows the suburbs and the other (single page) just central Glasgow. Doesn't include any part of the Glasgow Subway system though.

Interesting, thanks.

Do you have a photo, even just one of the two sections, that you would be able to send? I just want to see how it looks.

Thanks

Sorry, no. Maybe another forum member might be able to assist?

There are some TRACKatlas map extracts available/viewable for certain other parts of the country (South Wales, Cardiff/Newport and North East London) via this link (shown immediately below)...

Edited by Mike Bridge and published in 2017, the third edition of the popular TRACKatlas includes updates to all the original maps with the number of heritage lines increased to 50 and, for the first time, 19 pages of layouts covering the 9 major over-ground Light Rail/Metro systems.

Should give you an idea of what TRACKatlas mapping looks like.

I'm away from home just now, but if no-one else responds, I should be able to post an extract of the Glasgow page next week.
