I’ve seen Great Northern are advertising for Train Maintainers at Hornsey and it’s saying the shifts are early and lates.

Can anyone tell me what the shift times are please as I need to see if it’s feasible to get there on public transport.

Thanks.

I'm not 100% but it should be roughly a week of earlies 7am-3pm, a week of lates 3-11pm, nights 11pm-8am and a week off on rotation.

Thanks for the reply.
When you say a week, do you mean Monday to Friday? Seems a bit of an odd shift with no weekend coverage.

You have to work some but not all weekends. Sorry I can't be any more specific it's been a while can't remember.

Think the OP is referring to the engineering position which states two shifts only not the Shunter Driver position

I was, yes. The Train Maintainer role did state just earlies and lates in the ad, thought it was potentially a typo as maintenance work is predominantly at night.
