Train Manager telephone interview FGW

Hi there, I was hoping someone may be able to offer me some advice.

I've been invited for a telephone interview with FGW for a train manager position. I understand that the interview questions will be around competency and safety, however I was wondering if anybody had some examples of the type of question I will be asked? really want to make sure I'm prepped well for this one
