Train Pal advantages and promotions?

We have seen a number of cases of dreadful after sales service from Train Pal with people struggling to obtain refunds. However it has also been said that Train Pal gives out or sells vouchers to lure people into booking with them so perhaps they are useful in such a case for a straight forward journey you know you'll be making.

I wonder though what sort of vouchers or promotions do they currently have going that might be useful?

I don't know if offers are account-specific or targeted, but if I login, I can see about 6 voucher offers, including for example:

1) 2 vouchers each for £2 off a £20 spend - at a price of £1.99
2) in 6 days, I can apparently buy 2 vouchers: £1 off a £15 spend and £1 off a £25 spend - at a price of 10p
