Reaching out to any TS officionardo

Long story short. When I purchased my copy of TS back in 2013 or maybe before and it came with the ECML London to Peterborough route as default. At some point I downloaded a 3rd party route that had the Royston extension and Hitchin flyover. I've just spent the past 100 hours building and testing a new scenario to find I can't publish is as I have somehow managed to use this 3rd party version of the ECML rather than the "official" route which hasn't been made final.

As I have the "official" route for the same region the route is set in, is there an easy way to port the scenario to use the official ECML route... or have I got to start all over again?

TIA

I'm not to sure if it will work but it might be possible. All your routes are stored in:
Steam\steamapps\common\RailWorks\Content\Routes\'long number here'

Find the two routes you are after which can be done through RW tools or TS itself (it tells you if you select the route in build) to find the long number. Then do the same with your scenario which will also have a long number.
e.g. Steam\steamapps\common\RailWorks\Content\Routes\00000001-0000-0000-0000-000000000000\Scenarios\'long number here'

Then find your scenario in the route folder and copy it across to the ECML south route. Then check to see if this has worked.

Thanks for the suggestion. I tried something similar, cutting and pasting the XML files, but as I was well out of my depth it never worked... so I just screen captured all the start positions and stops for the AI and driver train and then recreated the scenario, which actually went quite easily and quickly.

I did post on the 3rd party route comments section, and it now seems the developer has now made the original route final...

Thank you.... I initially didn't hold up much hope as it was a long time ago that I downloaded the route... but I appreciate your quick actioning and making it final so everyone can use it in their published scenarios
