Hi, was wondering if anyone had any advise on what type of questions will be asked for my online assessments and for the interview stage

Went for one of these roles a few years ago and the assessment materials I got through seemed to be based around cognitive reasoning. I can't be more specific as they offered a laughable salary for a London based job so I didn't proceed any further. This was with First, rather than GoVia but it's all one company now.
