I was checking trains from Cholsey to Worcester Foregate Street on trainline (I know it is far from the best and I do not use it to buy tickets anymore) and was interested to see it said no trains available except for a 22:13 with one change. This is despite the fact that the national rail app and GWRs app both show trains available. Anyone know why this is? My guess is that the change times are too long?

Which dates are you checking for? A quick check of my trainline app today, shows plenty of services, but with only 1st Class ticket's available. This may be down to GWR standard class tickets selling out, and the IET issues.

I don't know about the app, but the GWR website still shows services even though there is no remaining availability. If you try to buy the tickets you'll end up with a "Sorry, we couldn’t reserve your seat(s). We recommend that you choose a different service." (or sometimes just an endless loading loop).
