The discipline of working in a safety critical role and with complex systems, I guess?

Beyond that it's mostly relevant to customer service/retail, unless you want to be airline cabin crew or similar.

As above, what career are you looking to go into? There’s an awful lot of skills you can draw upon.

I am probably looking for a office based job. I would like to get out of shift work as well.

Some ideas off the top of my head; following precise instructions, flexibility as required, dealing with difficult customers, multi-tasking, ability to handle stressful situations.

Operations management.

If you've worked as a guard you would be well suited to something in an operations role, especially customer facing. If not, hospitality trade, events management etc.
